Every year, he opts for farming and wine-making methods that enable the terroir to express itself, gradually switching to organic farming.
We mainly produce Cheverny AOC, Cour-Cheverny AOC and Touraine AOC (controlled designation of origin) wines :
The generous and gourmet character of our wines, some of which are marked by an ageing in oak barrel, are expressed with delicacy and elegance. It leaves sweet and fragant notes in our whites wines. Our red wines are showing aromas of red and wild fruits with soft tannins.
To choose our wine is to share our philosophy, but above all, it means enjoying tasting, drinking, and sharing it, wherever you are.
